Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer services and handle customer inquiries via phone
  • Handle inbound calls of the Customer Services Hotline and follow up with ongoing cases
  • Deal with customers’ complaints when necessary
  • Transfer customers calls to other relevant departments

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Prior hotline service experience; banking or finance industry will be in advantage
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Strong sense of customer orientation with good problem-solving abilities, attention to details
