Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer services and handle customer inquiries via phone
- Handle inbound calls of the Customer Services Hotline and follow up with ongoing cases
- Deal with customers’ complaints when necessary
- Transfer customers calls to other relevant departments
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- Prior hotline service experience; banking or finance industry will be in advantage
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Good telephone etiquette
- Strong sense of customer orientation with good problem-solving abilities, attention to details
