Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer services and handle customer inquiries via different channels
  • Handle inbound calls of the Customer Services Hotline and follow up with ongoing cases
  • Deal with customers' complaints when necessary
  • Transfer customers' calls to other relevant departments

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Prior hotline service experience in any industry, with strong service mindset
  • Outgoing personality and good problem solving skills
