Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer services and handle customer inquiries via different channels
- Handle inbound calls of the Customer Services Hotline and follow up with ongoing cases
- Deal with customers' complaints when necessary
- Transfer customers' calls to other relevant departments
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Prior hotline service experience in any industry, with strong service mindset
- Outgoing personality and good problem solving skills
