• Perform quality customer services over the phone
• Collect feedback & reflect customer needs to the Company
• Assistant in ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

• Good command of both spoken & written in Cantonese, English & Mandarin ; 
• Customer oriented with strong desire to take care of the customer’s needs.
• Helpful ; Self-motivated ; Mature ; Independent ; Responsible
• Minimum 1 year of customer services experience
• Shift duty is required
