Job Description
Responsibilities
- To handle incoming customer enquiries
- To perform quality customer services over the phone
- Collect feedback & reflect customer needs and expectation to the Company..
- Assistant in ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
- Customer oriented with strong desire to take care of the customer’s needs.
- Helpful ; Self-motivated ; Mature ; Independent ; Responsible
- Good interpersonal; Presentation and communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of customer services experience
- Preference will be given to candidates with good command of spoken Mandarin
- Shift duty is required ( 09:00-18:00 from Mon-Sun, 8 working hrs a day, 5-day work a week )
