Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To handle incoming customer enquiries
  • To perform quality customer services over the phone
  • Collect feedback & reflect customer needs and expectation to the Company..
  • Assistant in ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

  • Customer oriented with strong desire to take care of the customer’s needs.
  • Helpful ; Self-motivated ; Mature ; Independent ; Responsible
  • Good interpersonal; Presentation and communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year of customer services experience
  • Preference will be given to candidates with good command of spoken Mandarin
  • Shift duty is required ( 09:00-18:00 from Mon-Sun, 8 working hrs a day, 5-day work a week )
