About the Role: 

As our operations heart and soul, our dedicated team of Housekeeping Attendants are responsible for carrying out allocated general cleaning duties, achieving established standards of cleanliness and presentation to meet our guests’ needs.

This position offers flexible working hours across seven days - including morning and evening shifts, shift loadings and penalty rates apply! We are looking for someone with a "can-do" attitude who is friendly and outgoing.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

This is an active position involving:

• Clean guest rooms, storage areas and corridors
• Replenish guest supplies and advertising material in rooms  
• Report any lost/ damaged property
• Ensure all department equipment is maintained
• Recognising and welcoming regular guests
• Effectively liaise with other departments to ensure required tasks are completed
• Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas

Requirements: 

• Previous experience in Resort/Hotel housekeeping role (desirable)
• Strong level of organisation and communication skills, with good attention to detail
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Excellent in a team environment with a high level of self-motivation
• Flexibility to work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• Immaculate grooming and presentation
• Maintain equipment to agreed safe work practices
