Job Responsibilities工作職責:

• Cleans, maintains guest rooms, guest corridors, linen rooms and cupboards and replenish guest suppliers according to set standards and procedures.
• 按照既定標准和工作流程，對客房、走廊、布草房和餐具櫃進行清潔及補充客用物品。

• Carry out valet services when required including delivery of linen or processing laundry orders.
• 如有需求則完成貼身管家服務，包括派送布草或處理洗衣訂單等。

• Ensures guest services specified by superiors and guests requests are promptly and courteously met.
• 及時和禮貌的完成上級指定對房客服務並及滿足客人要求。

• Maintains a daily room checklist.
• 完成客房每日檢查工作單。

 
Job Qualification工作要求: 

• At least primary education or equivalent
• 至少有小學或相同學歷程度。 

• Having housekeeping working experience and hospitality industry is an advantage.
• 有客房工作經驗及有酒店業經驗優先考慮。

• Able to speak, read and write English and Putonghua
• 具有講，讀和寫簡單英語的能力。
