Who are we looking for?

We are seeking for someone with an eye for detail, strong communication skills and is a savvy deal maker to join our Housekeeping Team as a Full Time Housekeeping Coordinator. Reporting directly to an experienced Executive Housekeeper, you will be the key contact point for the guests and the team and an integral part of operations within the department.

The role will be mixture of morning and afternoon shifts. Previous experience in a similar role is essential with experience in Opera preferred.

Your day to day duties will include:

• Ensure all room allocations for the day is completed
• Ensure all guest requests are communicated and follow up completion
• Assisting guests with requests and lost property queries
• Ensuring linen and laundry orders are placed in a timely manner
• Assist with uniform management
