Housekeeping Coordinator

You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update team your various projects.

What you will be doing:

  • Being an effective communicator to expedite guest and hotel needs with the team
  • Offer professional, friendly and engaging service to all guests while responding timely to any special requests
  • Organize and maintain production reports, incentives, and department trackers
  • Operate and oversee all opening and closing office procedures
  • Assist supervisors with room inspections

Your experience and skills include:

  • Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
  • Ability to problem solve and communicate operational needs to a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team with minimum supervision
  • Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining U.S. work authorization.
