Your purpose will be: To represent the hotel as a charismatic Savoy ambassador overnight and delight our guests with exceptional service. To work closely alongside the Night Manager to assist with all guest requests overnight

You will be accountable for:

• Engaging enthusiastically in guest interactions, demonstrating knowledge and personality
• Procuring, sourcing, collecting and delivering all guest requests with energy and enthusiasm
• Ensuring the security of the hotel overnight

Your key responsibilities & contribution will be:

• Assist with all guest requests in a timely manner
• Support guest arrivals and departure including handling guest luggage securely
• Have full knowledge of all hotel services and the local area
• Maintain front hall coverage and keeping the area tidy and clean
• Be aware of where to locate items for all guest requests and ensure the relevant areas are kept well stocked
• Walk the floors to collect breakfast orders and collect & polish guest shoes
• Deliver messages and packages to guest rooms
• Assist other departments when needed e.g. in-room dining
• Hand over all information clearly to the Night Manager and day team
• Assist the Night Manager in case of an emergency or crisis

What you will need to do in this role:

Essential:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Highly organised and able to work independently and use initiative
• Enthusiastic and positive personality
• Strong communication skills

Desirable:

• Experience in a luxury hospitality environment
