Housekeeping Manager (Full Time)

What you will be doing:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the Housekeeping department and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
• Ensure the highest levels of guest service through our luxury Forbes standards.
• Lead the housekeeping team in a positive, team oriented spirit through open communication, empathy and support.
• Ensure timely, courteous and professional service is provided to each our guests and colleagues.
• Perform regular internal audits of guestrooms and public spaces
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
• Lead and maintain a healthy and safe working environment

 

• Your experience and skills include:
• 2 years Housekeeping management experience in a luxury hotel
• Full understanding of Forbes and standards
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
• Highly organized, proactive and meticulous eye for detail
• Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
