- Conform to and enforce policies and procedures & rules and regulations as laid down by ACCOR and the hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
- Responsible for the cost effective duty rooster of all staff in the Housekeeping Department.
- Prepare various monthly reports as required by the General Manager.
Work Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in the same position
- Positive spirit of conquest attitude
- Highly motivated & ability to work under pressure
- Excellent leadership & team building
