•Oversee & direct all aspects of all Housekeeping activities in order to ensure the standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained.
•Establish standards and procedures for the work of housekeeping team and plan work schedules to ensure adequate and efficient service.
•Operation of an effective Maintenance ensuring maintenance requests are completed quickly focusing on guest needs as a priority. Identify and implement new ideas, or processes to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality and safety.
Work Experience
•Excellent Communication Skills.
•Suitably qualified in hospitality management.
•At least 2-3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in renowned Hotels
•Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
•Self-driven individual, with a pro active and positive approach to change.
