Proven experience of leading a team to deliver a personalized service to our guests that will set us ahead of the competition
Recruitment and motivation of talent, quality and cost management of the housekeeping department
Conveys the hotel's 4 star image and service culture through his/her exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, availability and strong presence in the field

Manages the housekeeping team to deliver a high-level quality of service
Is responsible for a positive and efficient working environment across the housekeeping team
Ensures that all brand and H&S reference guidelines are correctly applied at all times
