- Responsible for the guest’s satisfaction in accordance with the Hotel’s philosophy
- Achieve a high level of guest’s satisfaction by maintaining consistency and efficiency in service and politeness among the members of the staff
- Control the department’s expenses to a minimum level
- Accountable for planning, directing and controlling the provision of clean and efficient services, to ensure high guest satisfaction and minimize costs within the given level of standard
- Continuous departmental training is key responsibility
- Responsible to constantly review and update Job Descriptions and Standard Operation Procedures
Work Experience
- Back ground in luxury hotels
- Computer literate
- Fluent in the national language and English
- Requires active physical activities
