Job responsibilities:

  • Fully Responsible for the daily telephone operation of Housekeeping Rooms department, coordinate among Team Leaders, Attendants and Housemen regarding any Housekeeping Rooms-related issues
  • Dispatch and monitor HotSOS tasks related to Rooms
  • Liaises with the Facilities Management, Front Office, In Room Dining and other departments for any

    Housekeeping Rooms related matters.

  • Maintain effective records and filling systems.
  • Manage Time Manager, operation of HotSOS and Opera system

Job requirements:

  • 1 year’s experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel, Resort or Casino environment preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
