Job responsibilities:
- Fully Responsible for the daily telephone operation of Housekeeping Rooms department, coordinate among Team Leaders, Attendants and Housemen regarding any Housekeeping Rooms-related issues
- Dispatch and monitor HotSOS tasks related to Rooms
- Liaises with the Facilities Management, Front Office, In Room Dining and other departments for any
Housekeeping Rooms related matters.
- Maintain effective records and filling systems.
- Manage Time Manager, operation of HotSOS and Opera system
Job requirements:
- 1 year’s experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel, Resort or Casino environment preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent
