We are currently seeking a positive and energetic professional with a passion for motivating a Team to join our dedicated Housekeeping Team as

Housekeeping Supervisor.

In this hands-on role you will work closely with our Executive Housekeeper to drive productivity and promote your positivity to lead, and train the Housekeeping Team. You will have a strong customer focus with a meticulous eye for detail to ensure our rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.

Your duties and responsibilities will include ensuring all room allocations are done for the rostered team on, ensuring appropriate chemical safety and Occupational Health & Safety standards and practices are maintained. Monitoring productivity output according to occupancy levels and also monitoring the room cleanliness standards through daily inspections.

You will have exceptional attention to detail with previous Housekeeping experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills with a friendly and outgoing personality. You will also have excellent grooming and presentation skills. We would ideally like to hear about your experience managing Teams and your approach to keeping a Team motivated and engaged.
