The Sebel Brisbane is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team on a fixed term 12-month contract. 

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Housekeeping Duty Manager in effectively managing all areas of the Housekeeping department. This is a full-time role that will require early morning starts and weekend work.

Duties

• Check cleaned rooms to ensure they meet hotel standard
• Train and motivate team members on a daily basis
• Ensure room cleaning productivity is monitored and maintained
• Room allocations for all staff on a daily basis
• Assist with lost property requests from guests
• Handle & resolve guest complaints
• Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure all guest requests are met

Skills & Experience

• Opera PMS experience highly desirable
• Customer service experience
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Proven ability to learn & adapt quickly
• Proven ability to work unsupervised
• Efficient time management skills and able to juggle multiple tasks
