What you will be doing:

• Supervises continually condition of machines, tools and other supplies are working properly
• Coordinate with engineering to prepare and execute preventive maintenance and regular spare part change of all cleaning machine
• Conducts regular guest room and floor inspections, public area, garden, restaurant and ball room to ensure the cleanliness meets the hotel's standards
• Prepares the staff schedule, control and check periodically the punctuality of all room and public area staff
• Solving problem which arise in guest room and public area section
• Coordinate with engineering for all maintenance and defects found in villa and public area, record it and report to Executive Housekeeper or Manager in Charge and ensures that any required repairs/maintenance is completed as soon as possible
• Ensures that cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards are strictly observed

Your experience and skills include:

• 3 years of guest service / hotel experience with one year in a management capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Experience in Ultra Luxury Hotel or Resort is preferred
• Exceptional communication skills in English, verbally or written, other languages are great advantage
• Organized, highly motivated and driven to succeed
• Able to work under pressure both individually and with the team
• Attention to details and confidence in guest interaction
