And here’s the exciting part - we are looking for a Style Supervisor who is passionate about W, passionate about music, style and innovation. 

 

It is critical that the Account Director represents the W lifestyle to our guests and customers.  They, like the rest of our ‘talent’ are the soul behind the brand and they bring it to life.

 

Main responsibilities

 

The Housekeeping Supervisor makes sure that all rooms are in perfect condition at all times, the cleaning of public spaces and co-managing linens, uniforms etc. Supervising and checking the (outsourced) room girls/boys and floor supervisors at the cleanliness of the rooms and surroundings. Ensuring the ABC standards in cooperation with the Housekeeping Manager.

 

• Leading the work carried out by the employees

• Taking care of the maintenance of rooms, public areas etc. and providing linens, uniforms.

• Taking care of the maintenance of rooms, public areas etc. and providing linens, uniforms.

• Guiding, motivating and training employees, among others things by giving practical training in accordance with the ABC standards.

• Identifying disruptions and defects and, if necessary, pass on to the Technical service.

• Issue and take the keys to the room girls and boys and ensuring a correct registration system.

• Checking cleaning work in the entire hotel.

• Resolving or passing on to the Housekeeping Manager of complaints, requests and questions from guests.

• Solving problems in respect to the employees and increasing the involvement of employees in relation the hotel by personal attention.

• Providing service to guests (extra pillows, blankets, etc.) and returning used materials from the service room.

• Carrying out any other activities that can reasonably be expected of you within the hotel.
