Housekeeping Supervisor - Full Time

You are at the heart of the hotel and the Curator of Comfort! As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will take ownership of day-to-day guest-facing housekeeping to ensure our guests are provided with clean & comfortable while creating memorable experiences for them in a high-turnover, fast-paced 200 room airport hotel.

What you will be doing

• Work with room attendants  to deliver all assigned guestrooms to standard
• Ensure all public areas are cleaned to standard with attention delivered as required 
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest
• Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service
• Liaise with Front Office & co-ordinate the day

Your experience and skills include:

• Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping supervision experience is an asset
• Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
