Job Description

Houskeeeping Team Leader:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Responsible and accountable for maintaining the highest standard of room and public area cleanliness and appearance, guest service as well as engendering team spirit and motivation in all staff. Full utilization of the Housekeeping system ensuring accuracy in use and a range of accurate reports to meet operational needs are produced • Preparation of housekeeping daily report and monthly reports, commenting on key performance indicators

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE

• 1-2 years experience with similar responsibility

• Strong communication skills. 

• Self-driven individual, with a proactive and positive approach to change

• Ability to accept responsibility and organize the work.

• Should have self-confidence, motivation, drive and tenacity

• Ability to think strategically, inductively and creatively
