Job Description

Provide day-to-day care and supervision of boarding students (wake-up, bedtime, meals, study time, etc.)
Support students’ emotional wellbeing and offer guidance when needed
Create a positive, homely, and respectful living environment
Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness within the dormitory
Act as a point of contact for students’ concerns or pastoral issues
Work collaboratively with other house staff, academic teachers, and school counselors
Plan and lead after-school or weekend activities to build community
Respond to emergencies or health-related incidents
Keep accurate records of student routines, incidents, and attendance



Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above;
Previous experience working with children or teenagers in a pastoral, residential, or educational setting
A caring and approachable personality, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to live on campus and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
English fluency required (Mandarin is not required, but openness to cross-cultural communication is a must)
Experience in international or bilingual schools is a plus


Salary and Benefits

Base salary 22,000 to 27,000 RMB (before tax) per month based on experience and qualifications;
Monthly allowance:5,000RMB
Work visa provided;

Flight reimbursement available:
For Single- 10,000 RMB per year;
For Couple- 15,000 RMB per year;
Yearly bonus up to 1 month salary available;
Professional development fee 5,000 RMB per year;
