Job Description
1. Responsible for recruiting local staff, formulating specific recruitment plans, and efficiently completing various job recruitment tasks;
2. Office administrative affairs;
3. Handle the on-boarding procedures for local new employees and conduct on-boarding training;
4, responsible for the relevant basic report work, help the business department to conduct efficient management;
5. Planned and organized team building activities to create a positive team atmosphere.

Job Requirements:
1, Bachelor degree or above, human resource management, business management and other related majors preferred, good English;
2. More than 1 year HR or HRBP experience, HR working experience is preferred;
3, basic understanding of local labor laws and regulations, with good professionalism and good professional ethics;
4, strong communication skills, adaptability, ability to work under pressure.
