Your responsibilities

• Implement safety management police and measures according to country law, company requirements and global guidance.
• Establish, maintain and optimize safety management process.
• Manage Hub/Local Division safety including SOT, safety report, incident process, supplier safety management, safety external & internal audit and follow up.
• Lead Hub/Local Division regular Communication Meetings for HSE topics.
• Organize and support Hub/Local Division safety training and safety issues.
• Cultivate and promote safety culture within IAMA Hub/Local Division.
• Interface with both external and internal relevant departments for consultation, approval request, problem solving or reporting etc. as the key Hub/Local Division HSE contactor.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in safety management or science;
• 5 years+ working experience in safety management;
• Familiar with Root Cause Analysis, Process Hazard Analysis, Job Safety Analysis, Behavior Based Observations Safety Systems, Responsible Care, ISO;
• HSE plant permitting is necessary;
• Responsible, self-motivated and independent;
• Result orientate, resourceful and takes initiative;
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills and team work spirit;
