Responsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processes

1.协助负责人完成营销服务部的行动计划,达成营销服务部各关键因素

2.协助培训导师为各团队执行培训计划,协调营销服务部和公司各职能部门的关系; 3.主持,经营各类活动,如早会,小组会议,分享会,处会,各营销服务部的交流 跟进,监控业务主管的月度和年度关键因素

4.监控,督导,协助代理人的增员活动,活动率和生产力

任职要求:

1.大学本科及以上，保险、金融、市场营销专业尤佳

2.2年以上保险行业营销经验；

3.优秀的敏学力、规划力、人际力、组织力、韧变力； 沟通表达能力
