Responsible for generating innovative products, services and / or business models so as to provide new revenue and value-producing opportunitiesCo-leads the ideation, implementation and expansion of Innovation, UI/UX, and Process automation across Philam.
Internally, person will be primary in DAF and secondary in innovation Lab.
Has strong hands-on experience on project management, UI UX, Power Platform, IT Service Management, Application Development and Management
Experienced in project management - managing budgets for the identified initiative above.
Has good eye on technology trends – capable to provide advisory on best-fit solutions for IT automations and innovations strategy.
Minimum Job Requirement
8 solid years of experience in Computer Science, Information Technology or other similar fields.
5 years experience as software engineer
3 years of experience in Project Management and Solution Consultancy
Strong background on the following technologies:
Office 365
Power Platform
Web Development UI/UX (NodeJS, MEAN Stack, Angular)
Candidate is expected to lead in project management execution for Digital Assurance Framework (UI/UX).
Candidate will serve as a solution consultant for Office 365 and Power Platform Automations.
Has strong experience reporting to C-Level executives.
Has experience in leadership and people management – candidate will be working with a youthful Agile team.
Knowledgeable on the following technologies:
Dynamics 365
Azure / AWS Cloud
Powershell
VB Macro
Full-stack Web Development (React, NodeJS)
Dynatrace
Adobe Analytics
Strong ownership in the items of process automation backlog
Capable of building solution blueprint, wireframes and architecture for Power Platform.
Identify best-fit solutions in the Power Platform suite.
Works with business / department stakeholders to identify risk areas, and accountable
to ensuring the risk items are remediated.
Willing to work on-the-grounds for automations (Power Platform) if needed.
Proficient in English
