Job Description
1. Understood the strategy of the business department, made organizational diagnosis of the business, provided suggestions, planned and participated in the implementation of the strategy of the business department;
2. Provide human resources support for the development of the organization, conduct regular inventory, provide effective solutions and implement them for the business departments in recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation, employee relations and other aspects;
3. Promoted changes at the company level within the business department, and was responsible for improving the system, process and system of human resources in the business department; To enhance the efficiency of human resources operations;
4. Inherit the company culture, promote values, build communication channels, and ensure the sustainable and healthy growth of the organization;
5. Actively engaged in various forms of contact and effective communication with business division management, front-line supervisors and employees to ensure the effective transmission of information between different levels.
Job Requirements
1. More than 5 years working experience in human resources, Internet company or retail company HRBP experience is preferred;
2. Familiar with the process system of human resources: rich experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, organizational development and other modules;
3. Have strong logical thinking ability, learning ability, ability to work under pressure;
4. Good communication skills, good coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility and good EQ.
5. Fluent English, can be used as the working language
