Job Description

Responsibilities:

(1)Develop and administer various human resources and administration plans and procedures, assists and advises senior management on Human Resources Management issues.

(2)Plan, organize and manage all activities of the department. Participate in developing departmental goals, objectives and systems.

(3)Develop, recommend and implement personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on various policies and procedure; performs benefits management to include re-evaluation of policies for cost effectiveness.

(4)Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources function. Monitors exposure of the company. Directs the preparation of information requested or required for compliance. Acts as primary contact with labor counsel and outside government agencies.

(5)Develop, recommend and execute wage and salary structure, pay policies, performance appraisal programs, employee benefit programs and services. Monitors for effectiveness and cost containments.

(6)Give directions of employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.

(7)Direct the preparation and maintenance of such reports as are necessary to carry out functions of the department. Prepare periodic reports to management, as necessary or requested.

(8)To implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and support other necessary project in own department.
