Job Description

Job responsibilities:

1. According to the application of various departments of the company, formulate the company's personnel plan and implement it according to the plan.

2. Be responsible for the application and approval procedures for recruitment, signing or renewal of labor contracts, appointment and dismissal of posts, assignment and dismissal.

3. Be responsible for the statistics, analysis, forecast, adjustment and inquiry of the company's human resources.

4. Planning the company's annual training plan, and implementing relevant training work and training assessment.

5. Organize and implement the monthly and annual performance appraisal of all employees, and analyze and summarize the results of the appraisal.

6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Qualifications:

1. Full-time college degree or above, more than 3 years of relevant work experience.

2. Familiar with the business process of daily human resources management.

3. To grasp the local laws and regulations on human resources management and labor management in the Philippines, and to have local recruitment channels in the Philippines.

4. Intensive and meticulous work style and knowledge and skills of daily personnel management.

5. Excellent Chinese, oral expression, writing, reading ability.

6. Can adapt to long-term work abroad.
