Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in full spectrum of office & shops administration and HR functions
  • Involve in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, interview arrangement and managing the hiring process
  • Search new shops to support business expansion
  • Handle legal documentation as well as tenancy administration
  • Handle other ad-hoc HR / Admin related projects as required 

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above major in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 2 years or above relevant experience (1 year recruitment experience is obligatory)
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinances and other relevant regulations
  • Independent, self-motivated, proactive, well organized and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Able to work under pressure with strong problem solving skills
  • Fluent in Chinese, Putonghua and English
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of HR & Admin clerk
