Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business growth
  • To handle the recruitment & selection process, manpower planning, performance management, employee relations and internal communication.
  • Responsible for the HR workflow streamlining to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the daily HR operation
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and regular team-building events
  • Provide advice and counselling to line managers and employees on all staff related matters
  • Participate in various HR projects as assigned by management

Requirement:

  • A degree holder preferably in HRM, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Experience in retail or F&B industry is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, including the recruitment of frontline staff, C&B and staff relations
  • A good team player with excellent communication skills and is able build positive working relationship with all levels of employees
  • Strong in leadership and negotiation skills
