Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Formulate, develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business growth
- To handle the recruitment & selection process, manpower planning, performance management, employee relations and internal communication.
- Responsible for the HR workflow streamlining to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the daily HR operation
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and regular team-building events
- Provide advice and counselling to line managers and employees on all staff related matters
- Participate in various HR projects as assigned by management
Requirement:
- A degree holder preferably in HRM, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Experience in retail or F&B industry is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, including the recruitment of frontline staff, C&B and staff relations
- A good team player with excellent communication skills and is able build positive working relationship with all levels of employees
- Strong in leadership and negotiation skills
