Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment & selection, payroll & MPF, medical & leave administration, compensation & benefits, employee relations
- Assist to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Responsible for administrative duties
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Certificate or above in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- At least 2 years experience in Human Resources, experience in catering industry will be an advantage
- Familiar with Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance, MPF, Taxation and other HR related legislations
- Able to work independently, strong sense of responsibility, proactive, detail minded and well organized
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
