Job Description

We are a reputable virtual asset brokerage firm currently looking to Human Resources Clerk. The incumbent will assist his/her supervisor to perform human resources & administration tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full scope of HR services including, HR record, attendance record, payroll, MPF, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations
  • Prepare and file tax returns to Inland Revenue Department
  • Provide administrative and accounting support to the department
  • Perform accounting tasks and bank reconciliation
  • Support ad hoc assignments and projects

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Good command of writing and communication skills in both English and Chinese (Proficiency in Mandarin)
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR and Admin working experience
  • Sound knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and self-motivated
  • Immediately available is an advantage
