Job Description
We are a reputable virtual asset brokerage firm currently looking to Human Resources Clerk. The incumbent will assist his/her supervisor to perform human resources & administration tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full scope of HR services including, HR record, attendance record, payroll, MPF, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations
- Prepare and file tax returns to Inland Revenue Department
- Provide administrative and accounting support to the department
- Perform accounting tasks and bank reconciliation
- Support ad hoc assignments and projects
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Good command of writing and communication skills in both English and Chinese (Proficiency in Mandarin)
- At least 1 year of experience in HR and Admin working experience
- Sound knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) and Chinese Word Processing
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and self-motivated
- Immediately available is an advantage
