Job Responsibilities:-
- Provide full spectrum of HR functions which include but not limit to Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development and Staff Relations
- Prepare HR reports and analysis for management review
- Handle Payroll, MPF and salary taxation administration
- Plan & coordinate the company’s recreational activities and training programs
- Perform other ad hoc assignments and project as and when required
- Manage and maintain accurate staff information and records
- Perform recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer proposal and new staff orientation
- Prepare various HR reports and analysis for management review
- Participate in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Assist in handling ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirement:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- At least 5 years’ solid experience in HR generalist role.
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
- Strong planning and time management skills to prioritize and complete tasks on schedule with high accuracy
- Good team player. Willing and able to take lead in projects when necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate availability preferred
