 Job Responsibilities:-

  1. Provide full spectrum of HR functions which include but not limit to Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development and Staff Relations
  2. Prepare HR reports and analysis for management review
  3. Handle Payroll, MPF and salary taxation administration
  4. Plan & coordinate the company’s recreational activities and training programs
  5. Perform other ad hoc assignments and project as and when required
  6.  Manage and maintain accurate staff information and records
  7. Perform recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer proposal and new staff orientation
  8. Prepare various HR reports and analysis for management review
  9. Participate in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  10. Assist in handling ad hoc projects as assigned

 Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ solid experience in HR generalist role.
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
  • Strong planning and time management skills to prioritize and complete tasks on schedule with high accuracy
  • Good team player. Willing and able to take lead in projects when necessary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing  
  • Immediate availability preferred
