Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle wide range of HR operations including recruitment, payroll & MPF, medical and leave administration, compensation & benefits, manpower planning, performance management and employee relations
- Provide office administrative support incl. vehicle licence renewal, office and vehicle insurance, name card printing, new office setup, etc.,
- Oversee and maintain staff records, personal file and leave records
- Assist in organizing company events and participate in ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 5 years of human resource experience in trading or retail company
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF and other Human Resources related statutory regulations
- Independent, responsible, detail-oriented, good time management skills, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well knowledge in computer operations (i.e. MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing etc.)
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
- Immediately available is an advantage
