Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all round of HR operations including payroll & MPF, compensation & benefits, recruitment, manpower planning, performance management and employee relations, oversee and maintain staff records and leave records
  • Provide office administrative support incl. vehicle licence renewal, office and vehicle insurance, name card printing, new office setup, etc.,
  • Assist in organizing company events and participate in ad hoc projects

 Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of human resource experience in trading or retail company
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF and other Human Resources related statutory regulations
  • Independent, responsible, detail-oriented, good time management skills, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well knowledge in computer operations (i.e. MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing etc.)
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Immediately available is a must
