Responsibilities
- Provide full HR services related to external staff recruitment, motivation, retention, training and development for its sales function with fast-expanding retail environment (for part-time and full time promoters / sales in retail environment)
- Compile periodic and ad hoc data analytical reports for client & management's review
- Handle day-to-day all around HR and Admin functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefit, training, employee relations, office administrative etc.
- Provide end-to-end talent acquisition to on-boarding includes the developing of job descriptions, screening and interviewing with candidates, liaison with operators
- In charge of monthly payroll preparation (MPF, Final Payment, Tax returns etc.)
- Provide regular reporting and analyses on HR related perspectives
- Handle employee communications, disciplinary matters & ad hoc projects
Requirement
- Around 1-2 years' solid HR experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to deal with different stakeholders
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, attentive to details with high accuracy
- A good team player and able to work under pressure
- Strong PC skills, skillful in using Word, Excel & Powerpoint a must
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
- Take ownership of responsibilities, meet deliverable and work within guidelines
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
