Job Description

About The Role:

RWS are looking to recruit an HR Administrator, to support our friendly and busy team. This role can be full-time in office worker or a hybrid office/remote worker. This role reports directly to an HR Manager in the APAC region. The HR Administrator will benefit from working with an experienced team of global professionals who are passionate about delivering the very highest standard for the business.

 

Responsibilities:

Administration (90%)

  • Process employee data for the entire life cycle of an employee whether they are a new hire, transfer, or leaver
  • Review and process transactions in our HR Information System, as well as the social security Providence Fund, and health insurance websites
  • Manage and audit employee documentation and HR Information System data periodically
  • Act as first point of contact for all administration queries
  • Be responsible for replying to queries sent to the shared HR mailbox
  • Prepare necessary employee information for payroll processing and employment visas
  • Provide various HR reports as required by internal stakeholders
  • Create and deliver employee change letters for employees (such as salary increase, role change, manager change, and references)
  • Manage the references and background screening processes for new starters
  • Execute on all processes linked to employee files & archiving
  • Manage benefits administration
  • Act as a point of contact for external local vendors as required
  • Work with local Site Leader to arrange local employment engagement activities such as local festivities
  • Acknowledge and celebrate employee personal moments (such as birthdays, weddings, and more)
  • Annual leave management of employees
  • Manage purchase requests for HR related matters.
  • Support Finance-team as needed with administrative work
  • Ad hoc project work, as assigned

 

Facilities (10%)

  • Acting as a point of contact for internal facilities issues
  • Reviewing health and safety policies and ensure they are observed
  • Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repair

 

Requirements:

  • University degree or above
  • Good verbal and written communication skill in English and Thai is required
  • 1-2 years working experience in administrative role
  • MNC and HR experience is preferred, but not required
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office
  • Confident in learning new IT systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment law in supported areas
  • Ability to cope well with ambiguity and change
  • Sound judgment and good decision-making based on facts
  • Curious, ready to challenge current practices and perspectives
  • Great attention to detail
  • Great sense of ownership and reliability
  • Humility, flexibility, good interpersonal skills
