Job Description

Objective: Responsible for operating the talent strategy, including candidate lifecycle. Generates a talent funnel, creates pipeline to cover our key positions and promotes MBMex employee value proposition to maintain a successful offer acceptance rate. Provides administrative support on HR operations.
Responsibilities:
·       Responsible for the talent attraction process, ensure the best candidate experience and evaluate the fit by engaging both technical and behavioral interviewing techniques
·       Handle daily HR operations to provide an efficient and effective HR service including employee on boarding, entry, transfer, status change, exit, HR system, contract and documents filing.   Maintain and update employee data in HR system (PeopleSoft) to ensure 100% data correctness and coordinate with Payroll to validate the correct payment for all employees.
·       Responsible for the correct and timely payment process of invoices and cross charges by HR processes such as R&S, Training & Events.  Analyze and validate the correct payment of shared services received from other BU (Medical service, Corporate Security, Payroll, Expat administration, Pension plan, Benefits, etc.)
·       Serve as an advisor to internal customers in regards of staffing best practices; including a sourcing strategy, evaluation techniques and guidance on the decision making process
·       Coordinate with the other BU the design of different events and benefits to employees:  Mini-Colegas, Corporate Games, Wellness, D&I, etc.
·       Maintain human resources information, prepare reports, propose business process improvements and automation.

Profile:
o   Education: Bachelor´s degree in HR, Administrative or related field required
o   Language(s): Fluent proficiency in Spanish and English
o   Work Experience: At least 1.5 years in HR related working experience from multinational companies
o   Technical Knowledge:   PeopleSoft, SAP (desired)
