Job Description
AECOM Support/ Cross Services comprises a number of important functions which develop and implement solutions to support our businesses and to help them meet the needs of clients. Its role is to ensure that the Business Lines operate effectively, in alignment with AECOM’s overall corporate goals. The activities cover Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Communications, and Administration.

Responsibilities:
+ Support HR services for large scale Resident Site Staff business unit in Hong Kong

+ Providing professional human resources services, including but not limited to recruitment, contracts preparation, employees relations, etc

+ Ensure the delivery of HR services in line with overall HR policy and compliance.

+ Act as the point-of-contact for staff on matters relating to HR.

+ Maintain and update HR reports, maintain personnel data integrity

+ Involve in HR projects and any HR related task as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

+ Higher Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or Business Management related disciplines

+ Good knowledge in HK Labor law

+ Self-motivated, detailed orientated and well organized; pleasant and positive working attitude

+ Strong sense of responsibility and willing to learn

+ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

+ Good command of spoken and written English

Preferred Qualifications

+ 1 year’s solid HR or Administrative operations experience would be an advantage
