Job Description

Job description:

  • Handle a full spectrum of Human Resources services including recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll calculation, Performance Management, Leave Management, taxation and recreational activities
  • To perform ad hoc projects as required
  • Involve in the hiring process to select and recommend candidates to meet business hiring needs
  • Provide HR services based on corporate policies & procedures to the designated Departments
  • Updating and maintaining staff record and data regularly and prepare HR reports
  • Assist in reviewing and implementation of HR policies and procedures to meet Group HR requirements.

Working Location: Tsuen Wan

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
  • At least 1 year experience in the human resources
  • Proactive with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulatory requirements
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficiency in MS Office application
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
