Lenovo Data Center Group is looking for an experienced HR partner who challenges the ordinary and seeks to innovate and drive transformation in a growing business. The HR Business Partner will support the DCG Operations, Transformation, and Global Supply Chain organizations and executives/managers in implementing strategic and tactical HR initiatives focused on achieving and exceeding business objectives. This individual will deeply engage with leaders and managers and serve as a critical and influential member of the leadership teams they support. The selected candidate must be a strategic thinker and must have a proven track-record of building partnerships with all levels of employees and managers. They must have a history of implementing successful HR programs across heavily matrixed and global organizations. Strong organizational agility, business acumen, relationship building, and solid execution are the key skills to being successful in this position. Lastly, the candidate will have a heightened focus on customer centricity for the organizations they support.
