Job Description / Capsule
Responsible for a particular Division/location or activity and will advise line management on Human Resources policy issues and be responsible for undertaking projects relating to the formulation, development and implementation of future policy, but will not determine policy overall.
Typical Accountabilities
- Assure the proper functioning from a HR perspective of the CAMCAR Marketing Company.
- Be a key Partner in HR for the consolidation and implementation of the CAMCAR Marketing Company.
- Participates in setting and executing against the strategic direction of the business area.
- Responsible for multi-disciplinary projects, covering a number of areas such as, compensation and benefits, performance management, people management, employee relations and change management.
- In charge of the recruitment full cycle and on boarding process for CAMCAR Marketing Company.
- Data Analytics.
- Lead Learning and Development initiatives and align with global initiatives.
- Liaises with senior management to understand business requirements and tailor specific solutions.
- Works across the HR function and business seeks to ensure interventions are integrated in a consistent way that supports AZ’s organisational objectives.
- Acts as primary point of contact for HR policy issues.
- Coaches, supports, mentors and challenges managers in the application of HR policies and practices, provides advice and guidance on complex HR issues in order to minimize risk and financial exposure.
- Drives and supports the development and delivery of cultural change plans and interventions.
- Conducts analysis and prepares specific recommendations on assigned topics.
- Assists the business to execute and communicate the reasons for change.
- Participates in wellness activities, among other company celebrations.
- Support GPTW initiatives and D&I agenda.
- Act as a mentor and coach for the CAMCAR management team.
- Responsible for the promotion of Professional Development strategies in the functional areas to promote career opportunities. Run and guide the Talent Review Process.
- Develop and assist in the organization of social responsibility projects.
- Participates in other CAMCAR Marketing Company projects and alignment with HR peers in LATAM Area
- Supervision of the CAMCAR Marketing Company internship program.
- Support communications area for GFS and MC.
- Workforce planning.
- Assistance with IA and relocations.
- Assure and reinforce speak up culture.
- Among Others.
Other Role Requirements
- Schedule flexibility to work on holidays and/or weekends when necessary.
- Schedule flexibility to work on the days off given by the wellness Policy when necessary (Política de Bienestar).
- Flexibility to travel and work in another AZ facilities outside the country when necessary.
