Hong Kong Art Development Co. Ltd. is a professional ballet dancing education centre, we are currently operating 7 studio in Kowloon and New Territories. Our Business throughout kindergardens, primary schools and community centres. Ltd. is now offering the following career opportunity to talented individuals who are confident to meet the professional and personal descriptions detailed below:

Support human resources officer, including talent acquisition, compensation benefits, and talent engagement programs etc.
Assist in human resources management including data management, documentation and compilation of data for report analysis
Handling staff roster.
Responsible for payroll and leave management
Update staff information and maintain proper filing system
Handle any ad hoc talent management projects as assigned

Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
1 years or above solid experience
Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, attentive to details and as an excellent team player
Strong computer literacy in MS Office with HRIS experience preferred
Well-versed knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation
