This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Human Resources Consultant you will: provide operational delivery of HR initiatives, projects and activities and is a supportive enabler to delivering the people aspects of the country business(s) Under the leadership of Zone HR Head he/she provides HR consultancy to managers and employees on operational HR activities and processes, performs and leads on the execution of business specific and HR projects / change activities. Strong understanding of managing complex Human Resources activities in a Manufacturing environment. Problem solving, planning and analytical skills. Strong Negotiation skills. Excellent oral communications, business writing skills and presentation skills Self-directing, goal oriented and able to prioritize workload in an Agile environment Team player who can build strong and influential relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners Requirements to succeed in this role Bachelors degree QQI level 8 or Masters degree in Human resources or related discipline; CIPD member preferred Minimum of 5+ years relevant work experience Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Experience with diversity & inclusion and Wellbeing Initiatives.
