Job Description
Human Resources Coordinator
Accountabilities
- Responsible for recruitment and selection – focusing on Frontline positions, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, making offers and on boarding process
- Assist in staffing program, plan and executive recruitment activities such as job fairs and recruitment day
- Provide general administration support to the Human Resources department
- Maintain the HR system including completion of month-end reports, updating of employee records and employee files
- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
Professional Should
- University degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- 1 to 2 years HR / Administration experiences gained from sizable organization
- A good team player with strong sense of responsibilities and eagerness to take up new challenges
- Self-motivated and detail minded with accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Well versed in employment related ordinances and regulations in Hong Kong
- Proficient user of MS Office, in particular Excel & Access
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Immediate availability is definitely advantageous
