Human Resources Coordinator
This newly created role will dually support the HR Operational Excellence in UK & Lithuania and HR Shared Services teams across the EMEA region. You will serve as the primary executor for several key processes in UK and Lithuania, provide HR administrative assistance, and support projects focused on compliance, the HR legal environment, and colleague relations. Responsibilities cross all functions within HR, including but not limited to employment, compliance, talent management, compensation, benefits administration etc. If you have an eye for detail, like process optimization and efficiency, and want to contribute to a collaborative team, please apply!
This is a full-time position based in Bentley Vilnius office, reports to the HR Manager, UK.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Executing and deploying key processes and procedures in UK and Lithuania including but not limited to:
- Drafting offer letters and employment contracts. Onboarding new colleagues
- Answering common colleague inquiries, assisting with foundational reporting
- Preparing and tracking of termination paperwork
- Serving as initial point-of-contact for terminated colleagues post-transition period
- Working with external vendors including but not limited to medical insurance companies, pension funds, health care institutions and local payroll providers to help with their regular inquires
- Managing and answering queries on UK benefits, such as private medical insurance, pensions, cycle to work scheme, childcare vouchers
- Assisting in the update of employee handbook policies
- Working in SuccessFactors, our HRIS system
- Supporting HRSS team for EMEA specific HRSS matters and ensuring accurate data is captured and updated in personnel files
- Ad-hoc project support and other duties and responsibilities as assigned

- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools and Talent Management systems
Desired:
- Experience in HR or have completed coursework in Business and Human Resources
- Knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources Management
