About our client:
Our client is a premier destination for buyers and sellers of modern and contemporary works of art in addition to watches, jewels, design, photographs, works on paper and editions, etc.

Main responsibilities:

  • Assist the Human Resources Director in coordinating with internal departments and external parties for matters concerned
  • Provide administrative support as needed, in areas such as research, record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
  • Drafts, proofreads and revises correspondence, memos, agendas, minutes, resolutions and policies in both English and Chinese.
  • Communicate and coordinate activities, events, and initiatives related to one or several of an organization’s HR functions.
  • Prepares presentation materials for the Senior Executive
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education, Degree Holder is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience
  • Mature, independent, responsible, trustworthy, diligent and well-organized
  • player with excellent people and interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills with high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) and the ability to handle correspondence independently
  • Strong computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Chinese word processing
