Human Resources Coordinator
This newly created role in Exton, PA will dually support the HR Operational Excellence and HR Shared Services teams across the Americas region. You will serve as the primary executor for several key processes in the United States and Latin America, provide administrative assistance, and support projects focused on compliance, the HR legal environment, and employee relations. Responsibilities cross all functions within HR, including but not limited to employment, compliance, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, benefits administration, global mobility, talent systems and analytics, timekeeping, and terminations. Core business hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Executing and deploying key processes and procedures in the Americas region, including but not limited to:
- Drafting offer letters and employment contracts
- Onboarding new colleagues
- Executing the Form I-9 and E-Verify processes in the US for new hires, rehires and reverifications, as well as the retention and destruction of records for terminated colleagues
- Shipping local service awards and welcome kits
- Answering common colleague inquiries
- Maintaining letterhead and contract templates
- Verifying employment
- Assisting with foundational reporting
- Preparing and tracking of termination paperwork
- Serving as initial point-of-contact for terminated colleagues post-transition period
- Supporting Talent Systems team to ensure accurate data is captured and updated in personnel files
- Assisting in the implementation and upkeep of an electronic storage solution
- Assisting in the update of employee handbook policies
- Assisting in the update and documentation of practices and procedures
- Enabling a self-service culture and improving the colleague experience
- Proactively and consistently staying current on industry trends
- Working in SuccessFactors, our HRIS system
- Ad-hoc project support
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
What You Bring To The Team:
- Excellent communication, engagement, and diplomacy skills in dealing with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Critical thinker who can think strategically and apply to the topic at hand to solve problems
- Solid organizational skills, including the ability to accomplish demanding timeline objectives, multi-task on assignments and be comfortable with change and continuous improvement
- Passion and sense of urgency for execution
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools and Talent Management systems
Desired:
- Experience in HR or have completed coursework in Business and Human Resources
- Knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources Management in the US
