Responsibilities:
This is a key position in Human Resources Department. The incumbent will work closely with Human Resources team mates to review current Human Resources policies, processes, and practices and recommend changes to Human Resources Managers. He/she is expected to perform a substantial amount of research, data analysis and produce and submit papers and reports related to all aspects of human resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized university in Business Administration, Language & Literature, Linguistic, Translation or related discipline;
- Possess a broad knowledge of Human Resources and able to work independently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations.
- Process good proposal writing skills in English/Chinese, logical thinking in interpretation of complex issues for presentation to top management
- Able to handle multi-tasks with tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications & Chinese Word Processing is a must
Two-year contract will be offered as a start. Candidates with satisfactory performance will be reappointed to permanent post after the first contract.
